Jaclyn Ferlita
Throughout her career, Jackie has taken on various roles, showcasing her expertise in the field. As President of AQC she has played a crucial role in the development of numerous greenhouse gas offset projects and environmental commodity origination in the emissions markets. Currently she her expertise focuses on the compliance greenhouse gas markets in California, Washington and Quebec, Emissions Reduction Credits throughout the United States, voluntary carbon offset credits, and renewable energy credits.

Moog Ferlita
Moog is responsible for AQC’s Clean Fuel clients including California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Program, Oregon’s Clean Fuel Program (CFP), and Washington’s Clean Fuel Standard (CFS) Program. Their scope of work includes working in market-based programs focused on reducing the carbon intensity (CI) of transportation fuels in states by monetizing companies’ electric fleet equipment though appropriate state channels, quarterly calculations, and assisting our clients in the purchase and sale of LCFS credits. Moog provides back-office support to the AQC brokerage team, as well as handles our marketing, by running our social media and managing (and designing) our weekly mailers. Moog completed their undergraduate studies in Communication at Arizona State University with an integrative and applied emphasis on culture and communication, community advocacy, and communication technologies. In addition to their role at AQC, Moog is passionate about music, travel, and social justice.

Mithun Rathore
Mithun Rathore is the Director of Origination at AQC, where he focuses on large scale environmental commodity transactions with institutional investors and compliance entities. After starting his career at Natsource Asset Management in 2004, Mr. Rathore continued his career in brokering emissions with ICAP, and Amerex Energy. He joined AQC in the fall of 2019. Over his nearly 20-year career, Mr. Rathore has masterfully orchestrated transactions surpassing $1 billion in notional value across markets ranging from RECLAIM, emission reduction credits, global and domestic carbon markets, and renewable energy. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mithun resides in the scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where he enjoys outdoor adventures with his two young daughters and educating his local community about pressing environmental concerns.

Lauren Beckman
Lauren’s journey with AQC began in 2022 as an intern and has evolved into her current role as an Emissions Broker and Environmental Consultant. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a minor in Economics and studied a Master’s in Econometrics from the University of Clermont Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand, France. In her capacity as an Emissions Broker, Lauren facilitates environmental commodities trading to ensure cost-effective compliance for customers. Lauren also focuses on projects centered around Environmental Consulting, specializing in emerging technologies and regulatory analysis. Lauren’s interest in the dynamic relationship between Environmental Science and Economics supports her work as an Emissions Broker and Consultant, benefitting AQC’s range of clients and contributing to the broader mission of creating a more sustainable future.
